Here's one I typed up a whole bunch of notes to, decided I didn't want to actually write, started a blog post just like this one with the header 'I'll keep this short,' and about an hour and a half later I was somewhere around paragraph #19 or so. This has to be at least the third time now; I'm writing a bunch of stories and in some cases, it's the sequels I'm particularly interested in. I've been thinking a lot about why it is that I'm so obsessed with the Dazzlings, and came up with some reasons. Which is good, because spending months thinking about these fictional characters and only coming up with an "I'unno, I really like their hair?" would have made me feel like a complete gibbering lunatic. Possibly. I'm not sure because I don't feel that way right now.
