I was stunned by the mixed reaction I got to Sunset Shimmer Discovers She's a Popstar. But reading the comments, I realize that the idea was wasted on what I intended to be a troll fic.

So I've rewritten the story as Crisis of Identity, a more dramatic and moving story in which the Human Sunset suffers an existential crisis.

I hope that I've given this idea the respect it deserves.
