Rainbow Dash thinks of every problem in terms of flight: she means to out-fly winter and loss.

The song was a wonderful piece of warping psychology, an illustration of Dash's inability to accept reality presented as an upbeat motivational song. In particular I thought it was deliciously creepy how Dash projects her own need onto Tank. Plus it was just a great song all-round.
