Author's Note 2: I'm Alive

Alright Everypony, as it says above, I'm back. I've finished Basic Training and am now in Technical Training. I don't have a lot of free time, the hours are pretty long (4:30am to 5:30pm approx. usually later due to meetings and briefings and then have to eat dinner) I'm usually not getting back to my room until 7pm then I have to study for at least and hour, but I have weekends off. I intend to get back to writing the story but I can only write so quickly and I have to focus on my classes first. I will try and have another chapter up by end of next weekend but no guarantees. I need to go back through my notes and reread my old chapters to remember what I was doing and get all the characters back in my head. Thank you everypony who has decided to stick with this story and hold out hoping I finish it I still have every intention to finish what I started, just might take a while

Wait, we have a blog on here, and Ponies actually read them, Well I guess I will have to dust mine off then and post something.

in seriousness I figured more of the ponies interested in the story would see it if I posted it on the story instead of in a blog on my profile since very few ponies actually follow me.

But check back this weekend, I intend to post the next chapter on Sunday (will probably end up being Monday Morning) since I'm free all weekend, just got to hunker down and finish it.
Spoiler: a rather hay filled pony will be joining the quest shortly, who could it be... Dun! Dun! Dunnnn!
