"Fear the light. Fear the Dark. Fear the Future." A Cross-over between Metro 2033 and MLP:FIM. Follow Artyom as he journeys through Apocalyptic Moscow in an effort to save Exhibition.
Oooooooh boy. I can see meeting Ghosts in Khan and the Mane 6's future now...
On another note, since I've been reading this all the way through, I have to wonder where Artyom received his own Kalash, or rather, who would give it to him? Ulman and the Rangers? Khan? IDK, but it's an interesting little point for me to dawdle over.
Other than that; epic work. Faved. Tracked. Ready for moar.
2089558 Thanks for the Fav, I'm going to try (if recent events play out properly) to update Sunday. Then again knowing my track record with setting deadlines that may not happen. No matter, I'm glad you enjoyed and I hope to keep you reading until the end.
2089558 At least in the game (never read the novel, sadly ), the very first point Artyom can get a Kalash is in Dry, retrieved from Bourbon's bag. The first Kalash 2012 ever is found with a Polis vendor. There isn't really a point where it's established Arty definitely has an AK; for all there is to it, he could have just kept the Bastard he got from Pavel in VNDKh.
Oh, and I'm so eager for the moment Pinkie and the others see ghosts they can't (find it in themselves to) giggle at...
2162939 Basically I set the time period for The Dark Ones after Season 3 of the show. And with what happened in the show (This being Twilicorn) I had to rewrite it. I don't care much for Twilicorn but I can live with it.
Call it what you like, 'Poor judgement, poor planning, lack of foresight' But I'll stand by it.
Oh and if you're going to flame (not saying you will since I don't know any of you personally) do it in a PM to me. Just to keep the comments free of such. Of course I'm not telling you to, you have your own free will. I'd just prefer it in a PM.
2162939>>2162850 That is straight from the story. Headcanon is that becoming an alicorn didn't change much for Twi, and as such affects very little in the story. But if you want to leave I don't blame you, I wish you luck in life and good health.
2163004 Well I'm not leaving yet. I'm not a prejudice person. Just because I don't like Alicorn Twilight doesn't mean I won't like your story. So count on me sticking around, for now anyways.
2163572 The thing is I've read this before and it's not that I don't like change it's just that pulling an Alicorn Twilight out of nowhere is a really bad move for the plot.
2163625 So you prefer an unjustified, convenient teleportation to a planned diplomatic mission? I highly suggest you re-read the pony-centric parts; a part of the crossover's background has been changed, especially on chapters 2, 3 and 4. Trust me, I don't tie a knot and make it loose.
2163752 Were we actually discussing opinions? Seriously, I wasn't even thinking of that. I was just informing you of the (very few) things that changed with this re-write, broccoli. Just trust me and Rains, okay? We promise we won't let you or anyone else down because of bad plot points Rainbow Dash is too cool for that crap!
Ahh, I love this site. I just happened to stumble across this fic and, by the looks of your comments section, it seems really interesting, to say the least. I'll make sure to give this a read later.
2089355 Thanks man! I appreciate it.

Oh man. I am hoping you would edit Bourbon's fate a bit. Like the mane 6 manages to save him even if Khan or Artyom cant. I really like that guy.

2093526 The wait for Last Light is driving me insane Hopefully they don't push it back.
2162850 Time period was after season 3, and I'm going to stick by it. Even if I don't prefer Twilicorn myself

No, no. I'm fine with it. Perhaps I missed that line. Thank you Jack.
Twilicorn is not my favorite by any means, but your story is too good to pass up, so I shall see where this goes...
And if you said it won't effect much, I see no reason to leave.
2163057 Glad to have you still reading friend.

Thing is, this "headcanon" isn't far-fetched when you take into account this MarySue interview with Tara Strong. I used to think exactly like you before I read it.

...Huh. Cool.

2163670 Oh well my opinion, your opinion what's the point in bickering. I've done my share of arguments to know it won't get anyone anywhere.

2163770 I never said your stories plot was bad, just the actual shows.
2163925 Soon my friend. ASC is almost done with its chapter then this story gets its update.

THAT COVER IMAGE! FEAST YOUR EYES UPON IT, INFIDELS, AND REDEEM YOUR SINS OF DOWNVOTING AND DISLIKING!
Seriously, this is some really rad stuff
Whatever happened, it ate up part of the sentence. It's supposed to be "... his line of sight to another way through." Mind correcting it?
2314174 No prob.
You have a rather fluid way of telling a story. I'm quite impressed.
2361510 Well thank you kindly! Although I can't take all the credit, Jack Kellar helps... a lot.
