Chapter 6 : Just accept it

The first place they thought to go was Manehattan as it was the first place that came to stargazer's mind. but as they roamed the streets bits suddenly fell from a skyscraper ponies rushed to pick them and Apple Bloom would've too if StarGazer hadn't stopped her. As ponies started to pick them up gunshots could be heard as bullets flew and dug into their bodies as they fell to the ground dying a few seconds later. Apple bloom was shocked as if it wasn't for StarGazer she would be on of them right now. then she looked up and saw a group of mares and stallions holding some metal objects as they stood on top of the skyscraper. "What just happened?" she asked "Terrorists that's what, they hurt ponies for some reason unknown but one things for sure their dangerous" StarGazer replied. "But I thought everypony was meant to be friends." Apple Bloom spoke. So StarGazer replied with a song.
"It's time you learned a lesson
It's time that you understand
Don't always count on anybody else
In this or any other land

I once hoped for friendship
To find a place among my kind

after that they left Manehattan. and went to a crystal cave StarGazer discovered when he was a foal. the cave always meant a lot to him so if any place would allow him to get his cutie mark it was here. But then they heard a stallion's voice come it from a pitch black crystal it wanted to be let out. so Apple Bloom and StarGazer let the spirt out but it turned out to be a mistake as they had just realised King Sombra! he began to fight them as he sang

StarGazer tried his best to fight off Sombra, but when a blast of magic was going to hit Apple Bloom he used all his magic to put a protective shield around her. after wards Sombra gave up and fled disappearing in a puff of darkness. "Are you ok?" StarGazer asked "I ahm thanks to you!" she spoke as a slight blush formed on her cheeks. Suddenly a bright flash filled the room and after the flash ended a Shooting star with a heart in it appeared on StarGazer's flank, he was ecstatic so he thanked Apple Bloom before rushing off to show Cozy Glow. Apple Bloom stood their dazed for a second before going home.

Fun fact: terrorists do actually drop money off of skyscrapers to lure in people so there's a fact that could save your life
also the song open up your eyes would have more of a lullaby feel then a villain feel and to hear the original song click here and for the second one click here p.s the reason why Sombra's words turn red when he sings is because some people use night mode on the site so I made it red so it's easier to see.
