Looks like Twilight finish 90% of the question in Whiterun in one day talk about efficiency. I usually adopt Lucia because she's Whiterun. And I'm surprised no drunken Patron try to make moves on Twilight.

The Inn is where the Jarl posts jobs and being one of the only places in town for people to socialize, it also made sense that they would discuss any problems they were having to seek help fixing them. Whiterun will see a lot of action as Twilight travels back and forward across Skyrim so I'm sure she encounter a few less than desirable situations.

There is more to Whiterun then most think about I tend to fine something new on almost all visits.
