“Hey, you. You’re finally awake. You were trying to cross the border, right? Walked right into that Imperial ambush, same as us, and that thief over there.”
. Love the story though, Was worried about the Anthro tag. Glad to see it's just on Tamriel. Also looks like you hit enter at some point. There's a big gap in a sentence near the end. Or maybe it's just me.
Celestia nodded. “I and my sister have both gone into that realm, one time each when we were younger, but after we became alicorns. We went in separately, as we were instructed, and we learned a great deal. Luna took to it better than I did but we both survived.”
Considering Twilight seems to be setting up to be the Dragonborn, makes me wonder what heroes of the Elder Scrolls were in fact, Celestia and Luna. Upvote and faved for sure.
11375115 To be fair, if you pay attention to the lore, the Empire are the good guys in the civil war. Ulfric is just a pawn of the Thalmor to weaken the Empire before the next Great War.
Imperial is my vote a lot of options for Twilight in that choice. There are if course options the other way though not as much as going imperial at least from all the play throughs I've done personally.
I also think that diplomatically she maybe able to end this civil war with all coming together although it seems that she's being set up to be the dragonborn looking forward to more.
I have never played any of the Elder Scroll games, don't have the reflexes, puts me on the same level as Twilight when it comes to information. Any decisions you get from me will be as if I was playing as Twilight in game.
That said, the empire seems like well armed bullies. I would vote going against them, but be cautious at this time. It'd be easy for them to end this story early. Also be ready to adjust you alliances as more info comes to light.
11376086 Here's the thing. The Stormcloaks are not the cut and dry 'good' side of the civil war. Neither is the Empire the cut and dry 'bullies'. They're both being played against each other by another power to set up another war, where both of these two sides lose.
Precisely because they are at each other's throats. Stormcloaks are also racist against anything that isn't a Nord. Oh sure, you can join them in the game. But the racism is still there.
11381532 I haven't thought that far ahead to be honest. I normally play male characters so I never really looked at the marriage options for a female character. I do plan to write the story outside the normal rules of the game so I suppose any unmarried male is a possibility. If you have a personal favorite husband candidate for a female mage, let me know.
11381695 And he has a mind like Twilight who's eager to learn the way he's of Magicka and he's somewhat powerful too. And having his parents already disown him because he wants to learn the ways of Magicka and if he marries a non Nord then they will really disowned.
11376671 Not to mention Ulfric Stormcloak being an unknowing puppet for a foreign power. Their whole plot revolves around him starting a war and weakening the Empire so they can swoop in and take over.

Well, we know which faction Twilight's going to join.
You have my attention keep up the good work.

I think Twilight should choose the Empire. Maybe first head to the College of Winterhold though. I know she'll love it there!

So, you vote for Empire?
11375115
One vote for Imperials?
11375179
You have my respect, I hope the story lives up to your expectations.
11375203
Yup! And College of Winterhold!
11375205
Make it two votes. One for me as well.

Yes

I vote for imperials.
Imperials are more to twilights tolerant sensibilities.

There's an Nord Mage in the College of Winterhold named onmund and he's around Twilight's age I think he's be the perfect match for Twilight
11381673
Could be interesting to write. His parents already disapproved of him being a mage. Getting married to a non-Nord could have some sparks.

He wasn't the first person that came to mind but I'll add him to the list
