Irony notwithstanding, I can't remember anything about being banished to Earth that causes memory loss; where was that mentioned?
That tidbit aside, it's a tragic irony that Sunset got what was coming to her after the last people she wronged forgave her (notwithstanding Aria and Sonata), since that's what it felt like with Radian offering her a future job and all. Likewise, while her pulling the same move on him that he pulled on Sunburst was amusing, the bit with him telling her to flee after they started fighting Adagio and her seemingly agreeing only to come back at the last second seemed a bit overwrought; like, she'd already made a big speech about not running away before, so it was hard to believe that she'd suddenly agree then.
Presumably what Radian's trying to do now is separate Adagio from her stone; if so, I have to wonder why he didn't try hitting her with something other than an anti-Siren signal. That weakens her, to be sure, but doesn't the earth pony signal make her into "giggly bitch," as she put it? Wouldn't that snap her out of her current mindset?

I think this might be where some of my own panic with running out of buffer chapters may have started, and not having enough time to properly think and alter things over before trying to stick to the schedule, hence the change of scheduling. I apologise if anything doesn't work, but let me try and clarify here.
Chapters 8 (Adagio saying about her earliest memories in terms of being sisters, and they slowly recalled more of their past lives as they drained chaos and disharmony) and 18 (Ray making it a bit more clear cut when he said they had their memories stripped) make mention of it. It's essentially my take on the fact the sirens are a thousand years old, yet appear as modern humans post-banishment, as well as giving a wink and a reason why Aria seems to state the obvious about them being banished there in the diner when it's presumed they've been around for some time.
The long and short of it is they appeared as children when first banished with none of their memories, were taken in by care homes and orphanages, and as natural conflict occured around them (anything from arguments to, as their powers began to return, instigated incidents), they slowly restored their memories until, by the start of Rainbow Rocks, they finally had most of their pasts recovered. They also grew older, slower, tied more to their power recovery than their ages directly. I never set an age for how long they've been in the human world, but if pressed I'd say they've been around for a few decades.
As for the rest of it.
No, Radian was just buying for time while hoping Sunset could get back to Twilight for help. Unfortunately between her general lacking practice and being pretty beat-up already, Sunset wasn't going to be able to teleport all the way back.
I suppose I should have had him try to use an earth energy thing as a test (it feels a bit late to add that now, since the chapter's been published; I suppose we can just put it down to a bit of panic?), but Adagio is once more a full siren, so an earth signal won't do much to her. That aspect was a consequence of the powers that be treating her depowered side also being human, which generally seems to be ponies only (so she adopted that form too without her stone), and further reinforced thanks to dosing her up with earth energy several times during the story and reinforcing that side before travelling to Equestria.
As for Sunset changing her mind, on fleeing, I don't think they had many options. Talking wasn't getting them anywhere with the old Adagio firmly in control, and it's unlikely two battered and bruised unicorns can really put up much of a fight against even a low power Siren if three alicorns could only really wound her. They had to do something to stop Adagio from both escaping or well as just flat out mauling them, so stalling seemed Ray's only play.
Finally, hey, if Ray wanted something from Sunset while also trying to repair the potential fallout from betraying Twilight, offering Sunset employment in his future businesses is a good start. He can get his recompense since he could use more people with an understanding of magic, get involved in the artefact hunt for his own interests and it provides an olive branch for Twilight.
EDIT:
As mentioned in a blog I've just made, I've added and altered some parts to chapter 30 to make things (hopefully) a bit better.
