No hacker had ever cracked DiamondTech's security. Fluttershy settled in to her cubicle office chair. Her program was running. All she had to do was pretend to be a corporate drone for one eight-hour shift.
This reminds me of a "famous" incident with Erikson. He had a secretary who was suffering from a horrible psychosomatic headache. Apparently she wasn't responding to normal hypnotic treatment, so he had her do some dictation. In this dictation, he put in words for a hypnotic induction and de-pain/de-headache. And it worked.
(Hypnosis is NOT about sleepy / relaxation; it is about focus, and possibly not paying attention to the words. And if you are focused on typing, entering data, etc -- then the words go past your "filter". And that's the ingredients for an induction.)
(Grr ... everything I can find from Google about that secretary is behind a paywall.)
But that binder. She couldn’t just leave it unfinished, could she? If a temp didn’t show up to finish a job, that would be pretty suspicious. She’d never be able to use those fake credentials again.
Naah, a temp that could not handle such a boring job? I'm sure they have a bunch of people cycle. Besides ...
It had taken all of five minutes to stick her credentials in to the temp agency’s database. It had taken another five to shuffle things around, put her on assignment in DiamondTech for something menial.
The credentials were not even that valuable.
Unless ...
7053 W0.rk=g00.d (day.next == true)
or similar records are in that data to be entered ...
but you never told us the username of the guy who made the cover art?
10269006
Bitshift, on Furaffinity.
10269006 the "source" box for the cover leads to their userpage.
10269020
most source buttons i click lead to a blank webpage with just the cropped image, so thanks
