I couldn’t help wondering why. It started out with her trying to avoid joining anyone all together, and they would leave her to it. But before long, they started catching her attention and inviting her to join them. Sure, they were visibly uncomfortable, but it was their choice. Now, she could just waltz right up and join them out of the blue. What right did she have to call them her friends? What right did she have to have friends? Why did they make such an effort to make her feel included, after all she had done?!
