Luna better not die... seriously death means very little to Displaced. Most are immortal or are flat out gods, while others are just too tough to kill or stay dead. I mean if Luna dies Edward only needs to find a Displaced that either has the power to bring her back (Looking at you Overlord cosplayers) or have an item that can bring her back (Looking at you DBZ displaced).

If you had read the last chapter you'd know that bringing someone back from the dead is impossible as a part of them doesn't return. Sure he could bring Luna back but the likelihood of her being the same is low. Now I too hope she doesn't die (she's favorite Princess) but there's always a chance she does and... well I think even Malice would be afraid of what would happen if she does.

you forget that in this universe Alicorns reincarnate with their memories and personality intact, example Pokemon Faust, meaning that Luna's soul is earth bound and wouldn't ascend to the spirit realm so her losing a piece of her self wouldn't happen. This opens up the possibility for Luna to be revived with little to no consequence , other than she might have a different body.

Oh, yeah forgot about Faust... but didn't it take her like several thousand years before she was able to reform? Then again if we're taking into account that she could be resurrected or revived why not just use her body? I mean if Ed worked fast enough he could in theory pull her back into the body and since she is an Alicorn like Faust and wouldn't suffer any side effects he could bring her back pretty easy and even if her current body doesn't work Ed could easily Clone one so...
Yeah I guess she could be brought back really easily, I apologize for being an idiot.

No worries it was something that could be easily overlooked. But even if Ed couldn't revive Luna for what ever arbitrary reason, what is stopping him from going to a Displaced that can revive her? Since the author has done crossovers before there really isn't a logical reason for Luna to be gone for a while because Ed could always send out a request for aid into the void and hope another Displaced answers it or he could come across a token of a displaced that could help out or pass the message to Displaced he already knows and ask them if they can help or know someone that can. That is actually a problem with the Displaced stories in general, as there really aren't any logical reasoning for stakes like this because another Displaced could easily undo it.
I've only encountered two stories where they can actually create logical reasons for why other displaced don't get involved.
1. The main character seals off their home universe from the greater multiverse.
2. Main character is worried that powerful Displaced coming to his world will unleash an enemy that the mane six aren't ready to fight yet.
Also even if they have to wait for Luna to reform what is stopping a Displaced with time powers from either increasing the speed of her reformation or just simply jump forward in time, grab Luna after she has reformed hop back to Present?
any idea when we can expect an update and new chapter?
