Nice to see another update on this interesting story. Looks like Featherweight resided to follow the herd now, it was interesting see all the refection he put into it.
I wonder if there are mares who can sense emissions firm stallion and colt much more strongly then other, like that mare seem to have noticed him for some reason, through I would wonder how easily she found out that he his name, so I take it they did a lot of slothing. From implying that that they are many, assuming it is not just her alone, I am not sure they actually want that is best for him and could be manipulated to somewhere they would have full control of all of his actions, I am not to sure it could actually be a groups that is secretly defying Celestia's laws, but more of a form of black market things where ponies trade stallions. I wouldn't be surprised there is a counter movement to to Celestia's institutionalized gelding but I don't think it would be anything that is entirely beneficial for uncut stallions.
Secret ball agents? If it's not just trolling (exact nature of "secret" hasn't been mentioned or even hinted at in the letter), then I wonder how do they know? He told only his mother and Scootaloo, but if it was the same mare he encountered earlier, when he told them "ball agents" were already on him. Although, his mother claimed that she kinda already knew, so I'd say she's a primary suspect.

Please don't hurt him. Please don't hurt him. Please don't hurt him.
Please be a third saner option.
Haven't even read this story and I can only think how does the pony race live. There would be 0 procreation and thus the species would die.
Interesting a mare would be part of this group. I thought it would just be stallions.

Yeah, this is either going to go the matrix route or we'll need to file an amber alert.
