The Flight Camp

Last day

Almost no one could sleep that night, everyone was so exited......and afraid....... So, Cornflake, one of the victims of the insomnia, went to the forest again, to see if he could cheer up Midnight. He found the place she always was, but there, but no one was there, but he could hear a cry, fro the place where Midnight's house was.

*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK*

-Mid? Are you there?

Cornflake entered he house, and went to Midnight's room.

Midnight said Crying.

Cornflake left the house, yawning, finally he could sleep when he arrived at the hotel room. The sun was out, and the four ponies decided to get up early so the can warm up a bit

Orange Cream said sweating.

-OK, go get something to drink, but come back soon, The exam starts in less than an hour.

Blaze took off and left to anywhere. Cornflake also took off, but he was just flying in circles around the stadium

Orange Cream tried to take off, but she fell.

A weird noise sounded at the distance, instantly, everypony formed as always, and the instructor.....gave instructions, as always.

-Look over there!!!
Cornflake pointed at some sort of spots at the distance.
-Light brown body......green eyes.....black hair....... THAT'S MY BROTHER!!!!!

-Wait a minute........A royal one is going straight to him at high speed!!!!!

-My god....they crashed!!!!!
The two spots crashed, and crashed hardly to the ground, then, a huge explosion.

-Did they........explode?

-I think so, I just hope that the´re fine.

-Me too, that guy was my brother dude.

The trainer shouted, so they started paying attention to what he said. The rules were easy to understand, but really hard to follow, the pony that flies 5 laps in less than 3 minutes can go home, either way, the loser should stay practicing at the flight camp.

The trainer kept slapping and correcting him.

The trainer finally returned to his position.

Orange Cream said before the last second.

Chrystal replied.

Everypony took off, and starting doing the best to make the first lap, it took just 35 seconds to Cornflake and it's team to make it to the second lap.

-Come on guys!!!!! we're awesome!

A voice sounded behind them
-But this guy doesn't care about that!!

-Mi......Midnight?
Behind them was Midnight chasing Black Cornflake, who had a mad grin on it's face.

-What's that?!?!?!
A random pony asked to his parter

-Is it the spirit that lives in the forest?

-I thought that was just a myth!
Midnight was now on top of Black Cornflake's back, fighting him.

-Oh my god! Orange, just focus on the laps!
Chrystal said arriving at the third lap.

Orange Cream put all of her effort on flying through the rings that marked the racing arena.
meanwhile Cornflake was avoiding his Black form's fists, when midnight could finally grab his wings and neck, she tied him with all of her strength and pushed him hardly to the ground, but this made Midnight fall too.

-MID!!!!!!!!!
The two dark ponies crashed to the ground, Black Cornflake has unconscious and Midnight got up, with some blood on her body and injuries on her legs and tied the blacked-out body's neck from behind, like hugging it, then her eyes started dropping tears and started to come brighter and brighter until they were completely withe, then an blinding flash was seen, when everepony could see again, Midnight was gone.
-NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

-Mid?
Orange Cream asked sadly.
-Chrys where did she go?

-Where she deserves to be, I think, BUT DON'T STOP NOW!!!!!! we're in the final lap now and we have about 20 seconds left.

-Come on! AAAAAH!!!!!!!
Chrystal and Orange Cream crossed the line with just 10 seconds remaining, Also Blaze was there, just Cornflake was missing.

The trainer clicked a button on the side of a clock.

Everypony cheered up to Cornflake, who had his eyes closed and a sad expression on his face. He just landed, and walked back to the hotel room without saying anything.

-Should we go see him?

-No Cream, just leave him alone for a while.
Back at the hotel, Cornflake started packing his stuff in a brand new saddle bag that said "the flight camp" on it.

Cornflake said in a very low tone.

The conversation could be heard out loud on the girls room.

Chrystal hugged Orange Cream and tarted crying a little. Meanwhile, Cornflake shook his head and looked at Blaze with a sad expression on his face.

Cornflake tried to hold Blaze's shoulder but he pushed his hoof away quickly and pointed at him with a terrified face.

-Get.....GET AWAY FROM ME!
Blaze ran out of the room.

-gahhhhh, I cant hold it.

Midnight appeared from the shadows.But she had now colors, just grey.

-MIDNIGHt! o my god, come here.
Cornflake tried to hug her but he just hit the wall, it was like Midnight wasn't really there.

-You can't do that.

-Look, once an spirit dies, again, it goes to a place where nothing exists, just white and more white. Now, this is the only.......stuff that remains of me, I don't exist now, but i did my best to come back and tell you something.

-I don't feel like a death soul, I feel more alive than ever before, because you, Blaze, Chrystal and Orange cream appeared on my life, now.....Good Bye Cornflake, i'll miss you.........
Midnight vanished in white smoke. But this time Cornflake felt just awesome.....he knew she was now feeling better.

-well, there's nothing I can do....

When Cornflake turned arround he saw black Cornflake's evil grin, that had some blood on it's fangs.

-she tried to stop me, come on, even you know that the only way to kill me is getting our bandages off at the same time.

black Cornflake grabbed the normal one's (lets just call him that way) neck and held him against the wall.

-but if it's only you.....
Black Cornflake pushed the normal one's neck against the wall even harder than before.
-i don't think you'll make it.

-yeah, ahem, but actually *cough*it's not just me.

-so where is he? or she.

-you'll just have to search.
Black Cornflake threw Cornflake away, and started searching under the bed, inside the closet and stuff like that.

-so...found anything?

5 bullet holes where now in the door.

Blaze kicked the door, which broke in many parts.
-I'm here!

Chrystal entered the room by the window, which was closed.......so it broke too....

Just then, a weird "breaking". Sound came from the roof, where an orange spot could be seen.

-Gaaaah! I'm here too!
Orange Cream said after falling from the roof and landing on a weird judo position.

Black Cornflake said walking backwards

-we got you now

-Freeze.....stay right where you are!

-why would we? hehehehehe.....get him guys!!!

Just then, a guy wearing a red hat entered the room.

-Ok everypony! Time to........
Everyone kept starting to each other in silence, after a while the pony started taking again.
-is......is that a corpse? Aaaaand.....what are this girls doing in the boys building?.

-huuuuuu.....

-...no problem guys! your secret is safe with me.

-what secret?

-The kissing thing! you know, two on two.....

-eeeew!!! nothing of that happened here! That's simply wrong!
Orange Cream said almost throwing up.

-then explain the corpse.

The guy left the room with that ghostly sound.

-yeah, it was, but me and Orange Cream already packed our stuff and we're ready to go.

-me and blaze as well, we're going to the train station now.

Everyone was good to go, they all met at the train station, and after a looong wait, Rainbow Dash jumped on the scene.

-Alright everypony! he have some trouble with the train here!

-DO WE HAVE TO PUSH IT AGAIN?!?!
A random pony asked.

-WHAT? no! did you heard that chrys? we will have to walk back home!

-Yeah......I know what are you gonna say this time but.....I'm so sorry but I'm.......*gulp*......I'm more into......I'M MORE INTO ORANGE CREAM!

-Yeah, me too! I like to lick it.....it tastes awesome.

I haven't told her but once I went to her house to give her a surprise visit.....it looked like no one was home, but I heard something on the backyard so I went there to see what was going on, when I arrived I saw Scales singing a song she wrote, I didn't want to disturb her awesome work so I left.
