Friends for Life (Epilogue)

After they laid Giygas to rest, the group of twelve friends spent the rest of the day at Pinkie's house, getting ready for a sleepover that night. The preparations included finding eleven sleeping bags and a pair of pajamas for Twilight (the Chosen Four had brought pajamas with them just in case they had to stay more than one night during the journey for the Eight Sanctuaries). After everything was ready, the group of twelve just talked to each other, except for Princess Twilight who did tests with Ness, Paula and Poo's PSI. Eventually the lack of sleep and adrenaline crash from their journey caught up to them and they all turned in, even Pinkie was asleep before Midnight, which both Twilight's commented on, as they and Ness were the only ones left awake when Pinkie went to sleep. They turned in shortly afterward, though.

-The Next Morning-

"Oh, this adventure has given me lots of ideas for my next Halloween party!" Pinkie exclaims with glee as she and the rest of the Mane Seven are standing in front of the portal bidding Princess Twilight and the Chosen Four a save journey home. "You five are free to come! I'll have Sunset and Twilight let you five know when it's going to be!" She tells her trans-dimensional friends as they wave goodbye.

"We shouldn't keep them here longer then they need to be, Pinkie," Rainbow says. "They've been away from home long enough as it is."

"But I wanted to let them know, so they could come if they want to."

Princess Twilight and the Chosen Four look at one another before exclaiming "We'll be there!" unanimously.

"But Rainbow is right. I have royal duties to tend to back in Equestria." Princess Twilight looks at Ness as she turns to go through the portal.

"Goodbye, Ness. It was a pleasure to meet you and your friends, and I hope to see you again someday," She says as before she steps through the portal.

"Goodbye everyone." Ness says as Paula, Jeff and Poo step through the portal. "I'll be looking forward to that Halloween Party, Pinkie." He says as he steps through the portal himself.
