Hexerai is quite the interesting baddie. If scapegrace's readings were any indication, she originated from that very facility, but she's been unable to really truly enact her plan until all the raiders started showing up.

One inconsistent time detail with Scapegrace mentioning a 200 year history of hacking computers. Every other indication thus far has been that we're only 150 years from the last day.
