Somehow I can't deny being highly involved into this
Waaaaaait..... If Demigods' magic can't effect eachother, how is Timespire drawing off a God's magic? The god is dead, yes, but it's magic is still his, still 'godly' and shouldn't be effected. And even if it is, Night controls ALL magic, can't she just Deny the so called 'dead magic', destroying it? or Command it to poison him more, or not be effected by him?

And it's been very much appreciated

This seems to be something I may not be getting across correctly. I'll explain it here and if you have any ideas on how I can better word it in the story let me know, i'll make the changes.
The Gods and Demigods CAN affect each other, what they can't do is DOMINATE each other. The demigod of Time cannot control another God's time. The Demigoddess of Magic cannot remove another God's magic, the God of Death cannot take the life away from another God.
What they can do is fight, hit each other with spells, and affect things the others create. While Timespire cannot age Night, her magic is a different story. The reverse is true for Night, she cannot take away Timespire's magic, but she can affect his spells. God's can and have fought before, it's almost always with horrible consequences to everything around them through.
This would be taking away a God's magic, something she cannot do.
You're right, she can, and if she wanted him dead this is exactly what she would do. However, it's not Night's character to seek the death of others, not without just cause or heat of the moment's passion. However, you have to remember that while Timespire is drawing upon Tartarus's magic for energy, Night is not, she has limit and in this fight if she overextends herself it will be bad.

It's not so much the wording as... Well the powers involved. With Timespire, it's more basic. He can't age Night, but can age her magic...
But Night can't touch Timespire with her magic, nor can she effect or touch his magic, or do anything with magic near or around him.
See where the 'problem' might come in? Timespire seemingly has only 1 restriction against him, and it's minor, meanwhile Night it seems has many restictions and they are crippling her dramaticly.
But again, it's mainly this part that is contradicting itself. "This would be taking away a God's magic, something she cannot do." This is because the magic belong to Tarturus. But while she can't do that, Timespire and Mindspeak CAN, and infact ARE doing so, they are absorbing another god's 'dead magic' and being poisoned by it.
It just seems more like Night is too... Generalized, broad, vast, and because of it this 'rule' cripples her unfairly. Timespire effects only 1 'object' Time, and can only do 2 things. Age or Regress. Night, however, is Magic. ALL Magic. She basically just lost 95% of her abilities, being a mage like her mother and not a brute fighter.

She can and has, she cut open his hooves with magical caltrops, she deflected his attacks, she augmented his own power with hers and sent it back at him. It's a timing game for her, she has to time it just right as his ability will affect her magic. Something she's quite good at and because of that held the upper hand for most of the fight.
It's his main ability. The one thing that makes him a demigod is his ability to affect the time of others. His main attack is to teleport next to you and age you until you die. Without that he's left to shadow spears, shadow melding, and shadow healing. While versatile on their own right, against Night he's getting his butt kicked.
.
Think more along the lines of cannibalize here, they're feeding on it, not removing it. They're basically eating a dead god.
You're right, Night's ability is a lot broader than Timespire's. However, I would argue that she has the advantage here. (She is winning after all). Night simply cannot deny Timespire his magic, anything else is still fair game. Her ability is only as limited as her imagination and endurance to sustain it. Victory for her will come from Finishing it quickly before she is forced to expend too much power.
