Rainbow Wedding

Ch.9 Wedding Day

The next day was Sprocket and Lightning Dust's wedding. The wedding was held outside near Rainbow Falls. In the hotel, Lightning Dust was wearing a white wedding dress with blue ribbons. Rainbow Dash was wearing a black dress with a rainbow at the bottom of it.

"How do I look?", asked Dust

"You look awesome", replied Dash

When the ceremony began, Dust's father walked her down the aisle.

"We are gathered here for the wedding of Lightning Dust and Sprocket. If anypony objects to this marriage speak now or forever hold your peace", said the minister

"I object", said Dash

Everypony gasped

"GOTCHA", laughed Dash

Everypony laughed and sighed in relief.

"Lightning Dust do you take Sprocket to be your husband?", asked the minister

"I do", replied Dust

"And do you Sprocket take Lightning Dust to be your wife?", asked the minister

"I do", replied Sprocket

"Then by the power invested in me in the eyes of Mi Amoré Cadenza, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride", announced the minister

Sprocket and Lightning Dust kissed, and everypony cheered. Then Dash started to cry.

"Dear, are you crying?", asked Soarin

"No, I just have something in my eye", lied Dash
