Just so I can get something out I'll be releasing the first section of the trial as a seperate chapter today. It feels a little out of place with the rest of the chapter and is still technically pre-trial. It will be short as it wasn't meant to be a full chapter.

Still working on the chapter and not sure how long it will be before I have it out, but giving a little preview that doesn't give much for spoilers just to tide people over.

I had an additional delay in writing because my mother had to be hospitalized last night.

I'm currently about 6000 words into chapter 69 of Picking Up the Pieces. There's still a lot more ground to cover in this chapter as it is one of the most involved and important chapters in the story, and it is all given in a continuous flow from one perspective (Twilight Sparkle). All I can say is it will get released when it's done.

Today's chapter will be delayed. It may appear very late tonight or it might be sometime tomorrow or even the next day. I'm working on it, but it has become abundantly clear this is going to be one of the longer chapters in the story.

There will be a chapter release today, it will just be later in the day. I've got a busy morning and afternoon that's putting some delays on things.

Thanksgiving made it really impossible to get any writing done. I'll pick back up tomorrow with a fresh chapter.

Completely forgot about entering in for the writing month again this year. Had thought about it last year, but it was too late when I realized I actually could write a lot in a short period of time. This month I was distracted by my job laying me off, so again didn't enter in.
