I had an additional delay in writing because my mother had to be hospitalized last night.
I'm currently about 6000 words into chapter 69 of Picking Up the Pieces. There's still a lot more ground to cover in this chapter as it is one of the most involved and important chapters in the story, and it is all given in a continuous flow from one perspective (Twilight Sparkle). All I can say is it will get released when it's done.

Still waiting to find out. She is always having problems. She's been bedridden for some time now, at least two years. The doctors seem to think this is nothing too major, but they are keeping her under watch for a few days.
