So I've been... having a year. As I'm sure all of you have as well. Good news is I think I'm ready to return to the story TPwC! Not only that but I have a second sequel planned for after it's done. Themes that've been on my mind for awhile due to the things I've been experiencing and some games I've been playing, but finally melded into a complete story idea. I hope you all will look forward to it when it comes, sometime after TPwC is done.

Sylph of Void, Mage Ameliorate Reverie as she fights Saway and Luna back in Dream Diver. I didn't expect my friend to draw Amelio with Sunset Shimmer cutie mark cloak clasp. I couldn't think of any other symbols that would fit her. But either way I like how the colors mesh a lot. Let's just say Amelio found a cloak that belonged to Sunset and decided to wear it. ;)

I saw someone posted a suicide note on Fimfiction awhile ago, and saw the resolution. Their father was contacted and police was dispatched to his house. I wanted to take a moment and give my two cents. I've dealt with a lot of suicidal ideation before too. Therapy helps a lot, if you can get it and are receptive to the process.

Strap in folks this is probably gonna be kind of a long one full of mostly copy/pastes. It's purely a nerdgasm and I understand if no one's interested in it. I've been wanting to elaborate on this for awhile because I was always so proud of the work I put into crafting ideas, even though it's all just fan stuff. Basically when I was roleplaying with a friend I ended up building a whole holotape game of Mega Mare through writing. It wasn't super detailed, but just enough to get the picture.

Time for a new beginning. A friend tells me it's slow at the start but gets quicker over time, though it does feel a little back and forthy. I'll try to fix that in later chapters.

I hope you all like the ending. It's come to my attention it's bittersweet, but that was kind of my intent all along. Everyone lived, everyone's moving on with their lives, Amelio's just a little different. I'm glad I got this story done within a year, and what's more? I got it done before my birthday this year.

So it's essentially done, just need it proofread. This is a really big shot in the dark, gonna be hit or miss. I'm curious what people will think of the direction. But I'm committing to it because I feel like it's the appropriate answer to the question "what if Storm had stayed behind in Stable 47?" Well chapter 23 is one answer to that question.

Will hopefully be up tomorrow. It just has to be proofread. It's the longest chapter yet, but hopefully it satisfies the same itch I've always had when reading stories. The itch where it just feels like there's not enough time spent with the characters seeing what they do in their off time when they're relaxing.

I'm so sick of it and ready to just be done. It's clocked in at over 11.6k words as the longest chapter to date and I am just so done with it. It's finished but I want it to be published. Never again. I don't know what everyone will make of it but aside from a few key sections I think it's my weakest chapter to date.

I guess I'll just have to find out what other people think when it's published. I'm just waiting on it to be proofread right now.

I have the ending relatively planned out. If I go with my current plan I'll be having a couple more adventures for the colt, and then ending on a cliffhanger where, if I feel like returning to the story for more adventures, I can and will after a timeskip in story.

Or I'll end up ending it after the second adventure. Really depends on how I'm feeling, but right now I feel like there should be a very happy ending.

The outline for the next chapter is done, all I have left to do is write it. I'm pretty happy with how this one turned out and I'm looking forward to getting into the meat of things. My hope is to have it posted by the 15th.

No new chapter this month. If I do manage to turn one out it'll be late, but things aren't looking up atm. I already got my two chapter minimum done for the month though so that's good.
