I forgot something very important in the previous post. I need to give a huge, huge shoutout to BradtheBrony, who has been my faithful editor on all of my RT related fics since the early days of I Against I, Me Against You. Although I couldn't finish GaM, I never would have made it this far if it hadn't been for him.

It's already February, and it just occurred to me that y'all haven't heard from me since like summer 2020. Crazy how time flies!
Or to be more specific, why there hasn't been any updates for Gangs and Monsters in a long time. The short of it is this: I'm not entirely sure that I'm okay.
... that I'm not even finished Gangs and Monsters yet, and I already have an idea for a completely different crossover with another Achievement Hunter series? Not sure if I'm actually going to write it, but either way I'm going to finish GaM first.

Happy Easter weekend everyone! So, good news and bad news
The good news: The next chapter of Gangs and Monsters is fully written (and has been for some time now) and is ready for edits.
The bad news: My faithful editor is dealing with some serious personal/family issues, and will be unable to start editing until after the weekend. However, we're going to try to get the chapter published by the end of next week.

Real quick, I wanted to address a question that may be on your minds: Where the hell are the updates?! At the beginning of the year, I believe I said something like this:
First and foremost I intend to finish Gangs and Monsters, ideally while 2018 is still young.
Even though most of y'all in North America are only just coming around to 2018 now, here in Japan it's already been 2018 for over 13 hours! And after I got over the hangover from last night's festivities, I thought now was as good a time as ever to let folks know that yes, I am alive and I have plans for the new year.
The latest chapter has been completed. Now it's just a matter of waiting for Mr. Editor to have his way with it.
While we wait, why not enjoy a preview of what the next chapter might entail?

The next chapter of this story has been written and sent to my editor! Expect it hopefully sometime near the end of next week. 
So... I know I promised more-or-less monthly updates for Gangs and Monsters, but it looks like I'm destined to disappoint at the first opportunity. Been working towards getting a new job and have been busy working on another personal (non pony related) project with my friends.
That being said, I've actually almost finished chapter 2 and will have it ready for editing in the next couple of days.
Oh yeah, and hope you're all having a happy Halloween!
