I have given it more thought, and stared at a page for a while, and have made a decision. Her story is told. She has her destiny in hoof, her wives in two and her foal. She has love and family, friends and more. Penny is a pony now and the story of her life as she became one is over.

I adored writing this chapter. It was uplifting and felt great.

There is a but coming but it isn't a flank. But I do feel the series is winding down. Penny has a few more plots in her but it is time to face facts that her story is nearing completion. Or at least, the story of her becoming a pony and finding a new life is.

Also, an ending for Sally's story, but a new beginning for their hive. Whew, two chapters now, in this series, had me in tears. To write this latest one I really had to get down and feel what my characters were feeling and that had ME crying with the joy they felt. Lucky I can touch type
