Bought myself the 'tonkus domain. :V
behold
tbh it really does tell exactly what I do in the rest of the video tho
no face reveal yet :V
vid comes out after I'm done with finals. Or support me on Patreon and watch it now.
Team 971, up until this match, was rank #1.
We, team 4598, weren't even in top 10.
We beat them through strategic defense, with our team focusing entirely on defending against 971.
We went up to 9th place, and 971 dropped from 1st to 8th.
8th.
We are good at defense.
EDIT: WE MOVED UP TO 8TH. Team 971 is 7th now, but another top 10 team ahead of us dropped in rank!
I'm typing this blog up on my new Surface RT, but not in the way you'd expect. Taking into account that the only available browser is Internet Explorer, I suspected already that certain sites wouldn't load properly. Turns out that if you use two-factor authentication for Fimfiction, the login page will freeze after you enter your password, because Internet Explorer in Windows RT 8.1 cannot render the submission form for the two-factor auth code.
~8 hours spent in robotics today. My feet are killing me at the moment, but definitely worth it even if I missed both of the alarms I set this morning.

versus the old, current design:
My main goal with the redesign is to make it more interactive and colorful than just the current "black pinstripes" design that I've been using. Also, consolidate all the subdomains into pages on the same domain so that I can share resources between 'em more easily.
Why the actual heck are there so many resource conflicts?! Just let me properly configure the integrated Sound Blaster on the computer I've been trying to restore!
Side note: Do any of y'all own a Micron Millennia XKU tower computer? If so, do you still have a recovery disc for it?
Restored and backed up (most of) the deleted files to a spare 1 terabyte hard drive I use specifically for backup purposes. Most text documents are fine (thank the stars for that), but most of the video and pictures that I had are either corrupted or just overwritten entirely.
Good thing most of the images were memes that I just downloaded off Discord. Video I'm gonna be a bit salty about tho 'cause I had a video of my dog playing with a ball. I can always record a new one though, I guess.
*Insert usual techblog ramble here*
So.
Y'know how my previous blog was talkin' a bit about a squeaky iPod?
Turns out that it's just 'cause it ain't liking the file format of the music I was putting on it.
Now I gotta convert some 15-20 songs from .m4a to .mp3
Yes, I know. The screen's cracked, but that's just the protective plastic layer. The actual screen is underneath it, and isn't damaged in any way.
Nothing like cramming in robotics to get the 'bot finished within the next week, amirite?
Mine is the random meme wars that engage between me and my friends.
1: speedrun Minecraft on a Pentium 3 (System: Commate P2BXA)
2: speedrun Minecraft on a Pentium 2 (System: Micron Millennia XKU)
because one painful Minecraft speedrun wasn't enough.
i'm pretty much just waiting on a 40gb hard drive to arrive that I ordered so I don't have to put myself in even more pain by running it all off of an 8gb SD card.
