So, not much of a big update. I just completed doing a big review and update of chapters 5 through 16. I went back again and made a lot of corrections to some of the grammar, spelling, and punction mistakes I made. My god was it embarrassing seeing all the mistakes I made. Much of this is in response to LucarioFan2066 pointing out some very stupid mistakes I missed when I first published those chapters.

Things are going well, and art is much easier to handle now that it's being outsourced. Also, though, with the story, the bonds between these characters are really starting to grow. Lots of social dynamics being worked out and boundaries being discovered.

There's a lot more developing with the characters and how that will progress the story. I hope none of my readers think that a lot of these things are just happening randomly or done for the sole purpose of creating drama or tension. Some of them do create drama and tension, but a lot of the slow build-ups and lines drawn between different ideas, or at least the perceived notions from the others, all serves a purpose for the much larger story at hand.

So, I had a lot of funny writing the interactions between Sniff and Twilight in this one. I'm really excited to show just how much Sniff has to offer. There's a lot more too him than what he lets on and chooses to show. There is so much fun in store for him. A lot fore everyone, of course, but Sniff will have some special moments for all the craziness he's going to encounter and stir up with his antics and habbits.

Alright, so things slowed down again, but that's largely because I've been on vacation. Really needed some downtime, in which I spent sleeping and lounging around or relaxing with some family. Not that I didn't sneak in some time writing, but still. With that, chapter 22 was updated by my editor and the editing for 23 is about to start. I could drop 23 right now, but I really don't like putting out my work before it's been reviewed and had as many errors fixed before I can publish it.

But with that, at least I can say my art is getting a little better, though I'm not sure what I'll be able to put out, art-wise, in the next 20 days, as I'll be taking some much needed R&R. Well... way overdue, chapter 21 is out. With it, I thought I would try my hand at throwing in some illustrations of some of the scenes that play out. Both images came out not nearly as well as I had hoped for.

In the first image, I had a lot of trouble with Rarity's face at that perspective of her. Then Fluttershy came out looking pretty bad. I'm not great at drawing off in the distance characters, or extream expressions. In which, she had both. I fixed it up as best I could.

So, chapter 19 took longer to publish than I had hoped. That is partially due to my editor becoming horribly ill. Regardless, he's coming around and feeling better and was able to fix up 19, and has already done a quick read of chapter 20, and the and the first overtly naughty scene. And I'll be honest, this was a hard scene to write in, given the continuity of the how innocent and absent of knowledge of the carnal acts. I still might have to go back and reword some things.
