Woo! So, a couple of things! It took me about two months to write this chapter and I apologize for the delay, I know a few of you were asking what the holdup was. The reason this one took so long was partly due to the sheer volume of it, and mostly due to me not being able to find a nice clean spot to tie things off into Chapter 40. Alrighty, I'm confident enough to say the next chapter is *close* to being finished. I'm still trying to finagle my writing with the new work schedule, namely just settling in and forming new post-work habits. Going in at 4am is nice because I clock out at noon, but the challenge afterward is not hitting the hay right after dinner, hah! Ah well, progress is being made nonetheless!

And hey, I finished restoring a 107 year old cash register too so there's that!

Hi all, I'm running behind on the new chapter but making progress! I was down with my first bout of coronavirus for the last couple weeks, but I'm feeling much better now and have a couple days today and tomorrow to knock out some solid scenes I've planned. It's going to be an interesting chapter!

I just started the revision and cleanup process for Chapter 35 and with some luck I should have it up by tomorrow! It's a chunky one and has a lot of moving parts but I'm really happy with how everything is starting to come together. Now to begin squinting at GDocs until my eyes hurt!

Well that took longer than I expected, good god. Sorry about the delay everyone, life has been doing that life thing again and I'm really hoping it stops. Turns out it's kind of hard to immerse myself into this fantasy sci-fi horse apocalypse when I'm neck deep in unresolved stress! Huh, who knew?

Anyhoo, Chapter 34 is up! Progress! Profanity! Sketchy back office surgery! What more could a mare want?

MAN it took a while, but I finally knocked out this chapter! Editing wrapped up today and I'm happy with the results. This chapter will be on the longer side, around 25,000 words, but I felt it was important that it had a measurable beginning and end. Keep your eyes peeled for it to go live this coming Sunday!

Chapter 29 is up! Holy CRAP that took too long! Next chapter will be up in a more timely fashion, I pinkie promise!

Whew! It took... *way* too long, but Chapter 29 has been fully drafted and just needs a day for me to read over it to smooth out the super, super rough edges. Unemployment has been an absolute mess for me mentally and I've lost track of how many scenes I've written, rearranged or pushed forward to Chapter 30. Expect to see the next chapter up and published this week! After that I hope to return to a mostly regular once-a-month schedule. :)
