My buddy and I have finished the first round of edits of ch5 of Act2 of Lords of Harmony. Hopefully we can get everything squared away and the next ch published by New Years. Wish us luck!
Lords of Harmony 2 - 4 (Act/book - Ch.): The Hoofsteps of Doom, part 1
I've also added a little explanation of the style the story is written in in the author note of the first ch since I've had a few people asking about it.
After a near summer vacation length hiatus, my epic adventure/dark/mystery has finally been updated. For those who don't know, when talking about this thing I do Act-Ch. So we're now up to 2-3 published. (writing wise I'm on 2-12)
So a miracle happened and my friend's laptop just started working again a couple weeks ago after just going dark on him back in April/May. Progress wise we've given first edits to ch3 of the second Act, and on my end I'm at the tail end of drafting ch 11 of the second Act. After that the grand finale of the second Act is right around the corner! (putting in edits to a2ch3 as of this moment)
I managed to draft another ch (for a current total of 8 chs ready for editing) before I go away to CA the rest of the month for a family vacation. Also, my good buddy who's editing the story his computer started working again out of nowhere (none of the techs can figure out how it started up again but we're not complaining) and we've managed to put in a little work to Act 2 ch3. With any luck I'll be able to publish a ch or two in August before classes begin for Fall Semester.
Due to a number of things happening in real-life, my good buddy who was editing the story before is unable to continue and we have no way of knowing if he'll be able to in the forseeable future. I've made the very difficult decision of finding another who can help. Those of you who don't already know, the story is this:
Even though I'm unsure when ch will start being released again due to the lack of a working computer for my friend who's editing, I'm still making progress on this thing. I now have ch3-6 of the second Act drafted and am starting ch 7 tonight. Well, Happy Tuesday!
Everyone following my epic adventure/mystery, Lords of Harmony, I’m sorry to say that the story is going on hiatus for an undetermined amount of time. My good buddy who’s editing the story, his computer died. I currently have three chapters all drafted and will work on more, but I will not deliver unpolished work or disrespect my friend by trying to find a temp editor. So, hiatus.
Hello, everypony. Just wanted to let y'all know that the third and fourth chapters of Act 2, Shadow of Malice, are drafted and ready for edits, but my buddy who's editing the story is very busy and can't get to them at this time. Thank you for your patience and understanding! 
On a side note, with the latest chapters, it's been really fun building a region from the ground up. 
The final chapter of Lords of Harmony: A Tale of Two Sisters is up! The first book is finally done! I said it would be up today and here it is! 
!!!! Can't say how excited I am. I know it took me a while but I still got it done! And there's much more to come!

Important note: I was hoping this story could be kept within canon possibility, but the season 7 finale crushed that dream. I've been left with no choice to turn this into an AU story. Oh well... 
So ch10 is turning out quite a bit longer than I expected. Almost 7k words and the ponies still haven't reached the target destination and then there's everything that happens after they get there. Either I've got a lot of fluff or I've got enough material to make this into a two-parter. Hmm, kind of like how a lot of tv shows and some movies do two-partners for certain big things...
Anyway I'll see how it goes!
Hey, all! With the semester only a couple weeks from being over, I've at last had time to get some work on it. Ch9 will be done very soon, I can finally take the story off hiatus, and I'll have all summer to get the last chapter of the book done and move on to part two! !!
My good friend who's editing the story is very busy and can't get to it. I'm putting it on hiatus for the time being.
