Dear Princess Celestia,
It's come to my attention that there aren't many groups out there that deal with the stress and confidence issues etc. that comes with being an author. I myself, struggle with these issues a lot and need to garner help from the ponies around me to cheer myself up and learn something new about myself. Ponies need someone to talk to and ask for help; there's no use pretending that we're not afraid sometimes. What can we do to fix this?

Dear All Ponies,
Everypony needs help to learn the lessons that will make them the most powerful that they can be. We don't expect any of our subjects to go it alone. With that we open up the PALS system. Here you can ask ponies for advice, you can get some help with ideas, create motivational speeches of your own, and help people who need it. If we don't do this then our kingdom will never truly be in harmony. Help ponies feel proud of all they can do.
