Remember how in the series finale, Spike was included in firing the rainbow laser against Tirek, Chrysalis and Cozy Glow?
It was a absolute miracle for him given how the show treated him poorly in regards of the Mane 6's bond(especially what Beginning Of The End did to him, which still has a dark mark on him).
But they really should have touched on this.
Like is Spike now the 7th Element? Why it took till NOW to awaken? Why leave it all vague?
What truly triggered it? Is he truly equals with the Mane 6 now?
So many questions but no answer.

Season 10 comics wasted this chance to explore that and had the nerve to pretend that bit never happened.

I feel like maybe he was not so much element but rather a conduit to help aide the others. While the elements of Harmony never really stick to what everyone elements, past having different versions to the present and the young six being elements of what? Never stated and never even acknowledged. So best answer... FANS DEMAND SPIKE RESPECT AND WE GOT IT... how little it was.
