Without us getting to know each other a bit, I suspect Pinkie Pie might be the most open and fun for that. Not too serious about it but all in hardcore to the experience.
Fluttershy and Twilight I could see the possibility of developing some sort of connection, at least on my part, and it maybe leading to that. More slow and gentle, them being more skittish/shy/embarrassed at least at the start, with us kissing.
The other three I'd have trouble imagining it happening. Personality differences/clashes.
Kissing applejack and rainbow would immediately turn into a competition
Kissing pinkie would be very ticklish because wouldn't be able to stop giggling
Kissing twilight would take hours because she would study the perfect technique and then there would be no emotion in the kiss
Kissing fluttershy would be a very gentle affair because if your not careful she could pass out from too much stress
