I've been playing Enemy Within lately, and I often wait at the main menu just to listen to the music. While doing that, I've noticed that no matter the camera angle, Bradford often looks back... straight at the player/camera. Then he turns back toward the hologlobe and shakes his head.
What if Bradford has latent psychic powers, like in Stardust? Could he be developing fourth wall powers?

He's thinking "Why aren't you playing Skyrim? Why are you... watching me?"
