That is certainly one of the rarer shippings. And stories with rare ships are usually either god-awful or epic. I hope there's an epic one out there somewhere.

Somepony sure likes shipping Fluttershy more with others than any other pony, as of this time. OBSERVATION MADE.

(But seriously, there are others linked with it on this page. Even the story Fluttershy's Week-long Foot-long on this site, while doesn't explicitly have a scene between two of them, does seem to start out with implication of it from a result of Shy's actions with Luna. If that even works/counts.)
