So as you all know I have a young alicorn OC named Helios Dawn that I showcased a few months back, but thanks to my friend Climaclysm she has made me a father for him too. Meet Aether Sanctum, father of Helios and husband of Princess Celestia.

Funny story, when I first laid my eyes on Aether’s design my first thought was “Wait, Mufasa?” Now I have been picturing that Aether is voiced by James Earl Jones and has the same regal authority and kindhearted nature of Simba’s dad (which is also kind of ironic because I also envision Helios sounding like young Simba.

Both this drawing and the other one you mentioned were fantastic. Climaclysm is definitely a good artist. Maybe I'll waltz on over to your fic featuring Helios Dawn now.
