Perhaps you can start with collaborations. I don't think Verse-wide contests are that big of a thing unless it's a near-decade-old behemoth like Friendship is Optimal, but you can spread your Verse around by spitballing ideas and stories with those highly dedicated to/invested in your stories (starting with your editors/proofreaders who also write their own stories, perhaps).

Another thing to have would be an anthology (though I'm a fine one to talk), Group Precipitation-style so there's a low enough barrier of entry for those who want to have their own piece of the Anarchyverse pie, although I'm not sure what setting you'd have there if you want to go beyond slice of life.
