Most estimates I've seen put the FiM ponies at about 3-4 feet tall, sometimes maybe 5 at most. I did a rough crunch of the centimeters shown here, and the two pegasi guards are about 5 feet while Izzy and Sunny are 4 feet according to these measurements. So I think this tracks.
