Billy Butcher

vs Blitzo

You know these two have a lot in common. Both are vulgar, ultraviolent psychopaths who cause trouble for beings much more powerful than they are, despite having little to no power themselves. Both are motivated by selfish reasons and will do anything to get the job done. Both hate a specific group of people with a vengeance, Butcher with supes, and Blitzo with royal demons. Even their names start with the same letter. I will say Butcher is more diabolical and ruthless while Blitzo kind of improvises his moves but is a bit more unpredictable. If both characters had all their weapons and abilities at their disposal, Butcher with his Temp V and Blitzo with Stolas' book, who do you think would win this fight?

Butcher's more competent than Blitzo, not to mention that the former has military training behind him.

As was already said by the others thus far, Butcher is more overall competent - ESPECIALLY since he's used to killing Supers instead of normal people. Blitz is more likely to fool around until it was too late. So, yeah, Butcher is more likely to win. On top of that, Butcher would probably get his hands on an angelic weapon or two in this fight which would allow him to kill even more Supers.
