What would you play here? :trollestia:

Apparently three minor pieces are better, so we go taking the minor pieces with our pawn… Haven't ever played a position with that inbalance though. :applejackconfused:

It's surprisingly easy to play. The pieces have a lot of freedom in the centre since the queen can't cover as many squares and just seems misplaced wherever it goes.
That's the game (even better, in order to not give the queen back, black had to give up the exchange, making the material imbalance even weirder).

The line suggested by _TGAPT_ does seem to be the best. Blocking with the knight on c3 doesn't seem to immediately cause a problem, though it's generally retreating and may give the black queen some room.

You mean Nf3? Given this square is attacked by knight and bishop, black could immediately destroy the kingside. Apparently the best move is Qd2, but if you look at the lichess database, it shows fxe5 offers more practical winning opportunities (five games, white won three, one was drawn, black won one).

I was going for Nce2 to block, but yeah, it's not great. Qd2 is certainly hard to argue with.
