At least one fanfic refers to her as "Makira", and I've kind of come to use that name.

Sadly i don't think i ever heard of a name given to the Sphinx, not even in the expanded material like the comics or Gameloft's mobile game where she is just called Sphinx. Though the game does state that her hobbies include riddles, long walks inside her pyramid, and menacing Southern Equestria.
