This pod was grouped together because not everyone has seen the movies(s), watched EQG, or were necessarily a fan of either. So if you requested something from them, you got to write something from them as well. Or rather, if you requested something from them that wasn't Sunset Shimmer, then you probably got to write Sunset Shimmer for the other half of the group that requested Sunset Shimmer.
