I wouldn't say plot point, but I know it's brought up that he doesn't grow chest hair and has peach fuzz on his face. I think the only real "childish" plot point that's ever been tackled with Radar was his height, when he gets those shoes that make him taller. Also the obvious point of being with women, but that happens in War Game (was that the title? The one where it's during the Army/Navy football game.)

Radar was more grown up than several of the other characters. But I think there was a subtle point to that.

I doubled down on the concept, so that my version of Radar, Two Pings, is weirdly, attractively androgynous.
