I'm not familiar with Lovecraft monsters. I know they have some crazy names and I know that Cthulhu is some kind of god of destruction, but that's as much I'm aware of when it comes to this man's nightmares.

You could always try looking through the 'Monster Girl Encyclopedia' for inspiration (they have some lovecraftian monster), but I think you'll have a better chance with 'Nyaruko: Crawling with Love' as it's based around Lovecraft monsters.
