1) I've always wanted to know about the logistical challenges you face when it comes to running a con. With all of the departments and people involved, there are probably times when pieces of the puzzle don't exactly fall into place at the right time. Are there any examples of times when things didn't work out exactly as planned? On the flip side, were there any times where you were worried an event would have issues, but largely went off without a hitch?
