We may skip to warning 2-3 depending on how much damage you may cause or how many rules you broken in one bound

EDIT: Also, I'm gonna have to agree with gamerator's choice. Threads encouraging user's to kill themselves will not be locked, but deleted. Having that sort of thread has no reason to be shown and could possibly backfire if not removed.
