So, I posted a blurb of myself in the introduction thread like many others. What happens now? I'm about as shy and awkward on the internet as I am in real life. Do we just PM people we think we might be compatible with? Should we just go around talking about random things to get to know each other? Are we just a collection of single writers, or are we here to try and find a significant other through the power of fan-fiction?

I simply did what I always do at social gatherings, I introduced myself, felt awkward about it and then retreated to a corner to sit there and watch the event in silent horror.
It always makes for a nice evening inside my head.
