I know there's a long waiting list, and it's a long story, but I'm a little surprised I haven't heard anything back yet. Like: "currently under review" or something.

I'm not trying to push ahead in line, I just wish for clarification.

No, you won't get notified. You'll only know if you're story is reviewed when you see a comment saying "this is a Twilight's Reviews review".
