This group is all about the alternate universe where Princess Celestia turns into the evil Solar Flare and Princess Luna saves the day by banishing her sister to the sun. 1000 years later she sends her pupil, Sunset Shimmer to Manehattan to help organize the Winter Solstice. Later she meets Sugar Belle, Night Glider, Sweet Sour, Blossomforth, and Coco Pommel.
