Just making sure, can we put stories in multiple folders? That is, if the story is about both Twilight and Rainbow Dash, it goes in both folders?

Just off the top of my head, we currently need folders for:

-Mane Six. (As a group.)
-Cutie Mark Crusaders + individual folders for Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo.
-Sunset Shimmer.
-Villains.
-Discord.
-Wonderbolts.
-Changelings. (If they count.)
-Supporting characters. (ie, Non-background ponies without their own folders.)

I'm guessing we'll eventually get individual folders for popular supporting characters and background ponies (Derpy, Vinyl Scratch, etc) and villains. (Chrysalis, Sirens, etc.) But if the goal here is to embrace all characters - or at least all ponies - you'll want a minimum of one folder for each notable type.
