More seriously, a one-sentence-at-a-time collab could be fun. Start a Google doc, decide on a rating (T-rated probably best) and one person adds a sentence. Then another person writes the next. Characters and genre will emerge naturally. The only rule is that if you've written a sentence, you must allow at least two more people to write a sentence before you add another.
