I do love how a number of responses challenge KekSec International by claiming that their tactics are those of leftists, radical feminists and SJWs…bunch of pseudo-liberals. On the issue of “degeneracy” I do think it is something we need to talk about in so far as pony porn appears as the face of our community in a number of cases.

Personally, I think that the desire of those growing up through puberty and trying to figure out what sex is to do so with something that is essentially written as asexual like a magic talking pony makes them feel like they are growing up with a friend and exploring sexuality together. As a teenage guy you aren’t supposed to know about sex with your parents, but you must understand it completely with your guy friends, so where does that leave someone who only kind of knows? Straight up people porn might be fine for mechanics, but what about the emotion behind it as well? Alongside that there is the intellectualizing with things from our past, like cartoons and games, so that they can grow up with us, thus creating a sense that we truly understand them which we can then apply to future cartoons and games. Isn’t one possible definition of love the complete understanding of something and accepting it, flaws and all?
