The trending is based on new members joining, not in how actively the forums are used.

Also, if you're expecting this much activity all the time from now to forever instead of just an occasional spike in conversation (usually after something new and awesome happens, like a new episode or comic or something), then prepare for disappointment Just chillax and maybe stir us when there's actually been a considerable quiet time instead of a couple of days. You'll burn yourself out with the worrying otherwise.
